How pricing works
Every event is different, so we explain how the price is set and give it to you in writing before you book.
What decides the price
The price follows the work: the look, the length and density of the hair, how many people are on the plan, and where we work. You get one written estimate for the whole morning, and the booking page shows our prices.
The look and how long it takes
The number of chairs on the plan
Salon, your home or the venue
The trial
A trial is a visit of its own, booked and priced like any service. We try the look with your crown, take photos, and build the morning plan. What you pay for the trial goes toward the event-day service when you book the date.
Deposits
A deposit holds your date and goes toward your event-day service. The amount is set when you book, and we give you the terms in writing.
Canceling or running late
Tell us at least 48 hours ahead for a regular visit, and as early as you can for an event date, so we can offer it to another family. The written terms say what happens to the deposit.
How levels set the price
Stylists work at different levels, and the level sets the price of each chair. The booking page shows each stylist's level, so you can choose who sits with whom.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A crown placed, flowers pinned, a stylist who stays for touch-ups or a morning at your venue are add-ons. We agree each at the trial and put it in the estimate, and a change on the day is agreed before we start.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one for your stylist at checkout or in cash, and some families tip the whole team at the end of the morning.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards come in any amount and work for a trial, a service or an event morning. Buy one online and send it to the family.
